My 8th grade class has been working on find/interpreting slope and y-intercept from a variety of representations. During this activity, students where put into groups of 2 or 3 and each group was given a constructed response question. Groups had 15 minutes to construct a 1st draft of their constructed response. After that 15 minutes, groups switched questions and answers to allow for positive and constructive feedback. Once feedback was given, the drafts where returned to the original groups and edited. Once coming to a final answer, students transferred their responses onto poster board paper and presented their specific constructed response to the class. Each group was given a rubric at the start of the project on which their final presentation would be graded. Below I have attached the constructed responses I used, the rubric I used, pictures of the project, and a video of one of the presentations.
