Preserving America – Students in Mrs. Tincher-Back’s class are being taught the art of canning by Martha Yount, Regional Specialist for Food and Nutrition for Southeastern Kentucky. We are blessed to have the ROBINSON CENTER for Appalachian Resource Sustainability (RCARS) as a partner. It was a hands on learning event like no other that the students have had.
