Looks very interesting, I love how you are getting Micro-Credentials involved. How does the program work, are their courses that you have already created for your staff, or do you create them based on the requests.
ProLearn has 11 courses and 5 more are currently being developed. The courses include Google Classroom, Google Slides, Google Docs/Drive, Google Sites, Google Calendar, Prezi Next, Inquiry Design Model, Google Forms, Question Formulation Technique, YouTube, and Thinking Through Quality Questioning. Educators select a course and join a Google Classroom. All courses are designed using topics. Participants state course goals. Next various tasks are completed such as reviewing blog posts, videos, and professional articles. A lesson plan is developed incorporating the new instructional tool/tools. Then educators video the lesson or portions of the lesson and upload to the course. A course reflection is completed using Google Forms and Flipgrid. Google Plus Communities have been developed for each course and posts/responses are made on the community page. The hope is the Google Plus Communities will support ongoing learning and assist new members. ProLearn is developing a library of lesson plans, videos of lessons, teacher/student work products, and reflections. Digital badges are showcased on social media, ProLearn Leaderboard, and celebrated in schools!
