I am only in Spanish 1 so i’m gonna write it in English. They celebrate dia de los muertos on November 1 and 2. They clean the graves so they can decorate the tombs and put food in them. Pan de muerto is the type of bread they eat during this time. They also have festivals and parades to celebrate dia de muertos. Also the candles represent the path for the souls. El Mole is the spicy chocolate they have during this time. They also dress up in costumes to represent the dead people.
They also stay at the graves most of the time and sing and dance around the graves. The women and the men teach the younger the tradition. They also give offerings. The reason they do this is to remember there dead love ones.
