I hope our NxGT are digging into our “Inevitable” book study. I loved the introduction to Chapter 5. Kenny Rogers “The Gambler” has always spoke volumes. I spent some time reflection on “Every gambler knows that the secret to survival is knowing what to throw away, and knowing what to keep.” Is that ever a challenge? I tried to clean out my…Read More
Great Question/Challenge Abbie – and a great response from Mrs. Baisden. I may not be teaching students at this moment in time – but I need to be in the process of considering what works and what doesn’t work in my current role. It is frightening.

I just posted my first Course in Learing@theHoller. The course is entitled Principal Working Conditions Goal. I would love for someone to check it and tell me what you think.
Abby haven’t checked it yet but you put a lot of time into doing it and I’m trying to build a course myself. It takes a lot of time and dedication to get this done and you’ll do great

Oh, my goodness. What I would have given for these opportunities during my days as a classroom. I am so looking forward to seeing great things from our students and their teachers.

My staff loved the training from what I saw in emails from them. This is a great opportunity for our students

It seems every year I am “cleaning house.” I am constantly changing lessons when I realize something just did not work for my students. I’ll admit the reviews I read of “Inevitable” scared me, actually terrified me. My stubborn persona crossed her arms, turned her head and scoffed.
