    • Vanessa, It is fantastic that you are a member of this regional group of teacher leaders – but you being here confirms why I feel so old! You were a great student and are now a great teacher. It was so good to see you this morning and I look forward to continuing to work with you.

    • Letcher was at their best! I could not believe that Twila drove back to Letcher and then returned to Hazard because she did not want to miss anything in the group discussions. You guys have a phenomenal team.

      • Huge S/O to the Letcher team! I can’t wait to hear how it goes as you begin to implement. Please let us know how we can help!

  • I walked into the NEXT GEN Academy meeting this morning and was immediately energized. The work going on in the room that is representative of what’s taking place across the region is AMAZING!

    • It did to same for me. I loved walking around to tables and hearing the excitement. Giving feedback on the project ideas turned into a learning experience for me. I can’t want to see where these folk are in December.

  • Learning the importance of giving great constructive feedback to students for deeper learning opportunities.

    • I agree. The butterfly video was an eye opener. I was making connections between PGES Observation and principal/peer observer feedback.
