For my capstone project, I would like to focus on a strong mentoring system at our high school for our students with special needs. We have a working model, but I would like to take this a step further and build a strong mentoring foundation that will be the model for the the whole high school.

For my capstone I was thinking about two different things however, Jennifer pointed out that they are somewhat linked. When I think about my school, I feel the school morale, school spirit, environment (whatever you want to call it), is very low. I think it will be interesting to look at classroom redesign at the secondary level, and in a math classroom at that!! I will be on the lookout for resources!
