This week the students are still harvesting greens for school salad despite the fact that many of the plants are bolting and reaching maturity. Monday we removed the snow and ice from the low tunnels and inspected the damage. Some of the produce didn’t survive, so those beds will be cleaned out in preparation of Spring planting.
