Tues. Jan 13th was a cold day, but with temps in the 30’s we were able to take of the GG 51 row cover and leave the GG 30 to take care of the plants this week. Wed. Jan, 7th was a bitterly cold day in Pikeville, Ky. Many schools in our region were closed due to the low temps and slick conditions. We decided to test the garden beds by covering them prior to the cold snap with two layers of Grow Guard (Agribon) row covers. One layer was GG 30 and the other was GG 51.
