Monday we removed the snow and ice from the low tunnels and inspected the damage. Some of the produce didn’t survive, so those beds will be cleaned out in preparation of Spring planting. Did I say Spring is just around the corner? Yikes! I think Winter was just setting in. Here you can see the low tunnels after the mounds of snow and ice covered them. I came across this resource and thought it worthwhile sharing. Perhaps there is a way to have this group train several of our teachers to become certified to teach entrepreneurship. Their program seems good. Might also be a resource for the Patton Center. http://nfte.com/get-involved/start
