Do you have a Healthy Meeting Policy for your school meetings? Here’s a simple one I discovered recently. Only 3 parts! 1. Always serve water. 2. Always serve a fruit or vegetable. 3. Always have a stretch break after 2 hours of sitting. Very easy. You can make a typical coffe and doughnuts routine healthier just by adding a pitcher of ice water and some fresh fruit.
