The Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative focuses on innovative methods for addressing educational and community-based challenges throughout Eastern Kentucky.
David Hawpe, a former Courier Journal editor and a national advisory council member of the Appalachian Renaissance Initiative recently wrote an op-ed highlighting this years Forging Innovation in Rural Education (FIRE) summit.
