Last month in February, I had a parent meeting where I introduced the tablets, discussed coding, and stated that a tablet would be sent home with two children at a time so parents could gain an understanding of what coding was and the skills we were working on.

Last week a parent sent me the photo below along with a paragraph of an app the child was working on and the skill the parent did not know there child was so good at. The parent was so shocked and proud that her child could create ABC patterns all on her own!
