Well The Amazing Spiderman 2 was awful. I may do a full write up but honestly Sony apparently did not learn a thing from the Spiderman 3 failure. To many stories built into one 2 hour time span. This is really really hard to pull off in cinema due to time constraints. You can make this work with TV series because of the time allocated. Episode to episode you can evolve each story to something more even if you left it to be explained from the previous episode. Cinema you do not have this option unless its a Martin Scorsese film and you have 4+ hours. (<—– Wolf of Wall Street Director's Cut)
The only thing that saved the film would be Andrew Garfield's persona, especially from a nerdy comedy standpoint. He plays Spiderman to a "T".
The ending was very climatic and It did set up for some very good sequels to follow suit but all in all I was very let down with the movie. It took the last 10 minutes to really pull me in and at that point it's to late.
