My students got the Lego Boost assembled and have been working on the different coding activities on the app. There are over 60 different activities and functions the robot can do and the students have enjoyed trying new things with it. Our project will continue after the summit, running until the end of the school year.

At BHS we finally got our recycling bins purchased. The kids in my club were completely in charge of research and purchasing and decided to buy storage bins for much cheaper than official recycling bins. Giving access to students struggling with reading has always been a difficult task, but with help of my ARI grant, my students have been able to complete work in the regular classroom independently!
