HOUSEHOLD DIY: BUILD A CATAPULT USING HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES

Physics has never been so exciting for kids because who doesn’t love to launch tiny things into the air. A catapult is a simple machine that uses kinetic energy to launch an object over a distance. This catapult is made out of popsicle sticks and is the perfect kids’ activity.

When you pull down the lever arm all the potential energy in the rubber band gets stored. Once the lever arm is released that potential energy gradually converts to kinetic energy.

We hope you enjoy the first household DIY build.
