Susan, Letcher County Central High School has a very well established peer counseling program that you may want to look at. Upperclassmen are trained in peer mediation and work with students to help settle issues and they also tutor in our Freshmen studies classes.

@dcollier56 Thanks for sharing. I really enjoyed reading what your students wrote about their experience. I think the flipped classroom is a wonderful opportunity to help students learn at higher levels and become more self-sufficient.
