My mini grant focused on personalizing learning for my students. By using personalized learning stations my students made great gains in retention compared to students who were not taught using personalized learning stations. The EDI rubric can be used by district team (or have an outside facilitator like me) to gauge progress, effectiveness, and capacity of implementation of PGES..
