I am still waiting to receive my items that I ordered through the grant. I ordered Pretend Play toys through Melissa and Doug. I will be getting a grocery store, diner, lemonade stand, and food and accessories to go with each setting. I plan to use these resources to give my students increased opportunities for pretend play to improve their language and social behavior goals. I’m really excited to get it all in and set up. I have a really small dramatic play area in my room now and the kids love it. I know they will be excited when they see our new items!
