Reflection-Theory of Action:

Overall, I feel the parent/community events held at Louisa Elementary Schools has had a positive impact on the community and parent involvement within the schools. I believe community partners and parents know that working together as a team positively influences education. I will continue to work with my community partners and offer more parent involvement in the future.
