At Pikeville Elementary School students have planted many Fall/Winter crops. These include: kale, lettuce, turnips, radishes, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, onions, peas, and lettuce. The past few weeks have been busy with transplanting the lettuce, mache’, and brassica mix we started in the greenhouse.
