As of now our schools Student Council has received permission from the Breathitt High School administration to begin our project to paint the lockers in our main hallway and we have a survey that is expected to be released in the near future.

Wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Andrew Castle at KVEC for all of his help with our 2019-20 Phelps High School Student Senate plan. He is always there with an answer when you need it.
