Owsley County Action Research Project, ‘Giving a Voice to Appalachian Youth’ will have a second release of the digital magazine, ‘Appalachian Mountain Reflections’ at the end of this month (April). Included in the second edition are more stories from youth and adults of ‘Where I’m From’, an article entitled ‘Seven Reasons Kentucky Stands Out’, articles about musicians and artists from Owsley County and much more.
