Hey all! The Alexa Echo Show has been an amazing tool for my students! We use it EVERY day! It keeps us up-to-date on the weather and important news topics. We have used it to help us spell sight words and “trick” words that go along with our phonics program. I have created quizzes for my students to use in math. My academic team students have been using it quiz themselves over topics in their related areas.

We have even been using programs such as Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader and Jeopardy….because they are FUN and FULL of information that my students need to know.

So far, everything is running smoothly. I had NO issues on getting the system up and going over the school Wi-Fi. Everything works as expected.

We just took our MAP testing…and my students showed a LOT of growth! I’m going to be using this data as part of my Spring Presentation. I’m positive that this tool has engaged students in the learning process and helped them retain information.
