As the Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative (KVEC) wrapped up its monthly board meeting, Board Chair Chris Meadows, who also serves as the Magoffin County Superintendent, took a moment to offer a heartfelt tribute to Knott County Superintendent Brent Hoover, honoring his 29 years of dedicated service and leadership.
Hoover, who served as KVEC’s Board Chair from 2022 to 2023, is stepping down after an illustrious 29-year career in Knott County. His leadership and dedication have left a lasting impact on the community and the cooperative, marking a significant chapter in the region’s educational development.
