Action Research is an inquiry process that encourages practitioners to critically examine their teaching practices to identify strategies that effectively address specific learning problems–Problems of Practice. When teachers make a personal commitment to systematically collect data on their work, they are engaging in a process that will encourage continuous growth and development.
Facilitators of the Action Research Holler are Dr. Rachel Holbrook, English language Arts Teacher, Johnson County Middle School and Ms. Michelle Scott, Mathematics Teacher, Pikeville High School.
