Thanks for sharing Jeff. Initially there was a lot of push back from educators about student voice being a component of Kentucky’s Professional Growth and Effectiveness System. Folk are now beginning to understand that when used correctly, student voice is a powerful tool and necessary source of formative feedback for increasing teacher effectiveness.
