KVEC is teaming with Hazard Community and Technical College, Perry County Fiscal Court, Knott County Fiscal Court and the Wendell H. Ford Regional Airport on the USA Drone Port, a national unmanned robotic research and development facility.
“This could be a game-changer for Southeast Kentucky,” said Paul Green, with KVEC. “It’s cutting-edge and it could really lead to a lot of economic benefit for our region.”
