Love Powtoon and if you sign up now you get 60 student accounts for free. I also use Animoto.

My latest favorites are those among the new RadioTopia network: Theory of Everything, Love + Radio, Strangers, Radio Diaries, etc. Also really enjoying the new WBEZ/This American Life spinoff, Serial.
