Owsley County Student Senate members, Lauren Riley and Brandon Combs will be participating in a YES! Youth Empowered Solutions Summit on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at the Excel Building in Manchester, Kentucky. Will post how we are going to create a healthier community soon! 🙂
