Yes, the 8th ODW for this school year is paper and the 11th is online.

I think I heard that the TCT’s were no longer being required to send to the state?? Is this accurate?

Sorry for delay in reply. Yes, TCTs are no longer required for submission to the state, but the TCT bank is still available for use.
