Cassandra – that really sounds like a great capstone project. Including students and parents/community is terrific – made me wonder if one of Floyd County’s Student Senate members might be from your school and if this might be something they could help with? I’m looking forward to coming over to see Ricky’s classroom.

I love the idea of a complete digital conversion. It would definitely come with some major changes to our routine as a teacher, but in the end it is worth the effort when the students are showing growth.

This is exactly what I am hoping to work with in our district. I would love to be able to share ideas and collaborate on this if you’d be willing. Also, I have a PL needs survey that we did at the end of last year with our teachers. I’d be happy to share as a sample if you’re interested. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!

This type of cross-district collaboration and maybe even sharing of PL opportunities based on PGP needs of teachers/staff will become a model…this is BEYOND exciting. I want to help in any way I can!!

This is going to be a great Capstone! The inclusion of student, parents and community will be interesting. I will see if I can find any resource for that type of stakeholder engagement.
