I am excited two show the results of the 2 grants I won this year! In Wiggle While we Work I introduced flexible seating, and with I Enrich for a Switch we focused on creative ways to provide enrichment activities and reach all students without labeling intervention students.

In addition to flexible seating, I received a grant to use enrichment activities to increase student performance. The posted pictures show a parent who introduced computer technology and coding to our class as a future profession and the other is Mrs. Carroll’s 3rd grade students showing our kindergarten class how they use coding and robotics.

We got our flexible seating options in the week of Christmas break. I have introduced since we came back by letting students try each option for a week, and then moving to the next option. This week is our last week of everyone trying different seating options.
