    • Teachers must be connected to the students they teach in order to correctly link Student Growth Percentiles (SGPs) to the teacher that has impacted their learning. KDE has posted information on how to correctly link students to teachers:

      The EDI rubric can be used by district team (or have an outside facilitator like me) to gauge progress, effectiveness, and capacity of implementation of PGES..
