My name is Thomas Patrick. I am the Junior Senate Member from Magoffin County High School. Our plan is focused on encouraging our student body to take ownership of our new high school. This will be accomplished through a number of different initiatives that target school culture, academics, attendance, and community service.

Owsley County Student Senate Action Plan has two major components: Part-time job creation for Juniors and Seniors and Economic Development for the Arts through a marketing plan for the Booneville Entertainment Center.
