Where do flight simulators, student art & performance, cutting-edge learning strategies & technologies, 10 concurrent live stream channels, robots, and internationally recognized educators converge in east Kentucky? Every April and October during Kentucky Valley Educational Cooperative (KVEC) Summits! On April 27th, the East Kentucky Expo Center will again be booming with the regions most innovative leaders and learners for the 2nd Annual Action Research Summit.

Today KVEC launched Summit.theholler.org, a sister site to the social learni ng network for Central Appalachia, the Holler. Here you can find all things relating to upcoming KVEC Appalachian Renaissance Initiative (ARI) Summits, both Action Research in April and Promising Practices in October. Over 150 students and educators are currently preparing their pieces to this master puzzle and the countdown is on til April 27th! Really, the site features a live countdown for those keeping track.
