We are still completely virtual and I have not been able to see my students yet to share the bridge building supplies. I have been in contact with Mr. Bell who helped with ordering all of the materials through our district. He says there are some books for me at the board once we are back up and running (those would be for the heart application).

I have been reading some feedback from the students about the interactive e-books we have been using. So far its been very positive because its not just them relying on images I show! They like the reading and assistance tools as well! 🙂 -

Luckily before November I was able to order and distribute my materials to my students. However, at the beginning of November my school district, Perry County Schools, shut down until the beginning of the year. Now that we are back in school I plan to reassess my students for any back slide and take back off as soon as we can.

Starting to get some of the research that will help us see what we need to ensure our garden is a success. I have high hopes that a lot will be learned and I am excited for this new experience and the fact that research will be something that students will see that applies to the real world.

Raised Gardens for the enjoyment of others is one of the goals of my students this year during this trying time.
