One of my friends from college is having observers come from Washington, D.C., to observe her Inquiry-based kindergarten classroom. I keep up with her blogs and have seen some wonderful things. I’ve also wondered about the lack of primary colors in the classroom and wondered if there were any research studies linking student performance to vibrant, primary colors in the learning environment? What are your thoughts/experiences with this teaching and learning approach?
