The past few weeks have been busy with transplanting the lettuce, mache’, and brassica mix we started in the greenhouse. We have also gotten the pollinator garden well under way and the students are watering the perennials and transplants to get them off to a good start. The students have harvested the final kale for school salads this week and we are starting a beautification project of the garden. Stay tuned to see how we incorporate the arts into our vegetable and pollinator gardens!
