Another great app that I use is Lync 2013 for the iPad. It is a great tool for communication. So the question is who can you communicate with? Anyone who has access to the web. All you need is a State Email account to create, but once created all you have to do is share a link (email, website, tweet, etc…) and anyone in the world can log in.
