Flexible seating has been a wonderful experience that I have truly enjoyed. I am very thankful for the grant and encouragement to try something new. Flexible seating has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself and my students. There has been a positive whole learning climate change to one of teamwork, support for others, and sharing of ideas. This has been ideal for my classroom as we do many group learning projects. The students having a choice of seating and moving around have increased time on task for the students. I plan to add even more next year!
