How will the implementation of VR/AR affect student performance?

According to research, some concepts require abstract thinking that can be difficult to understand without proper visualization.
With the majority of students being classified as visual learners, along with statistics suggesting students learn better with VR/AR instruction, it made sense to test these tools in my classroom. I submitted a grant proposal to purchase various VR headsets, cameras, tablets, a speaker, etc.
