Yesterday my students used the iPad we purchased, as well as an app we got with it to record themselves singing. We listened to our performance and critiqued our recording. The Light it Up Project consisted of students creating lighting designs for a school play. Students at Breathitt High School and Sebastian Middle School in Breathitt County came together to design, stage and create materials for a spring musical.

New stage lighting and controls will be purchased for the Breathitt High School stage to enhance student performances and allow students to learn about lighting and production. Students will be able to use controls and modern LED lighting to assist in school performances, design their own productions and learn stage craft.
