Hey, I was wanting to know about is there a certain program that we need to do to code the game with or can we use any program for our game?

I mean for the game touch develop limits what i can do with this game with my animations and different commands then touch develop offers in other words, i need to freehand code and i cannot achieve that with touch develop can i perhaps use cc+ or python?
