My school, Central Elementary, benefited from our purchase of headphones for every student with the grant money I received from through ARI. My action plan included students being assigned a set of headphones to be keep in the classroom where they are readily available to them for use while working on their digital resources either individually, in small group or in whole class diagnostic testing or instruction and practice. We implemented this and surveyed students and teachers and monitored student time on task and lessons passed in iReady. The data shows that the action plan was successful in enhancing student focus and learning.
