The resources Earl developed for Personalized Learning are great and would be excellent to use during a staff development at each school and go deeper to personalize for elementary, middle and high!

I thought the best thing that I took away from the training was the way he used personal stories to relate the significance of personalized learning. When school leaders conduct training on this, they need to relate their own life experiences to personalized learning to make the training relevant for their audience.

Earl Hughes’ Personalized Learning training was extremely informative and well worth the time and commitment. Given the opportunity, those in attendance should be able to present to their district teachers and staff the foundation of Personalized Learning and dispel myths and misinformation. Having the power point, handouts, videos, and other resources on the Holler will be so helpful and a time saver! As the light bulb went off on several occasions during the training, I wished I had had this training earlier! It was a meaningful training because it was real! I agree with Noel that Mr. Hughes’ personal experiences gave validity to his presentation. Thanks.

I agree Dessie. Districts or schools have everything they need to provide a training that is customized to district need.
