  • We have been slow to start with all the school closings for weather and sickness. We have started on our projects though. Miss Janice Mitchell a quilting lady from our community has came in and helped the children do a nine patch block for a paper quilt the children are doing. Here is a few pictures one of the children took with their new IPAD.

  • The CmPS team from Johnson County Middle School has received mamaroos, swaddling blankets, and diapers to begin dispersing to Community of Hope and Serenity House. See the video in FireCast to understand their project.

  • ARI Student Senator Brittany Vires was sworn in as the new student representative on the Hazard Board of Education by board attorney Sam Collins at the February meeting. Student representation is a component of the HHS Student Senate “Plan”.
