    • Susan, Letcher County Central High School has a very well established peer counseling program that you may want to look at. Upperclassmen are trained in peer mediation and work with students to help settle issues and they also tutor in our Freshmen studies classes.

  • I am reading this book, Other Duties as Assigned, and ASCD shares the first chapter. For those who are looking to strengthen teacher leadership and include teachers in leadership teams, this resource might be VERY helpful.
