The resources Earl developed for Personalized Learning are great and would be excellent to use during a staff development at each school and go deeper to personalize for elementary, middle and high!

I agree Dessie. Districts or schools have everything they need to provide a training that is customized to district need.

I thought the best thing that I took away from the training was the way he used personal stories to relate the significance of personalized learning. When school leaders conduct training on this, they need to relate their own life experiences to personalized learning to make the training relevant for their audience.

Earl Hughes’ Personalized Learning training was extremely informative and well worth the time and commitment.
