My innovation grant has been for the most part successful. My students have their favorite place to sit and work. I am pleased with how the students and parents have reacted to the new seating.

Students and brook trout from Hans Doderer’s classroom at Paintsville High School where his students are raising brook trout to release locally with funding from a learning innovation grant from ARI and KVEC.

The Lego WeDo 2.0 Kits have been a huge success. All third graders at Paintsville Elementary have been able to enjoy the benefits of hands-on science tasks. We even partnered with Mrs. Blankenship’s third grade class to walk them through using the kits!
